Once your RMA request is approved by Leading Edge Health, you will receive an RMA number via email from a Leading Edge Health customer service representative. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once equipment is returned, Leading Edge Health will make an evaluation. Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the product.
Product Replacement
Claims for shortage or damages must be made within three business days. If your order arrives damaged and you wish to order a replacement, we request that you take a photo of the item(s) and email it to support@leadingedgehealth.com as an attachment along with the order number and contact information.
